Production of a multilingual promotional spot for an international construction machinery manufacturer
Challenge
Adapting audio content across multiple languages introduces complexity that extends beyond initial production.
In this case:
- a one-minute promotional video needed to be adapted into eight languages
- each language required voice selection, version management, and coordination
- the possibility of post-production updates added further constraints
The challenge was not only to produce multiple versions, but to maintain flexibility over time.
Solution
We proposed a dual approach, combining traditional voice actors with AI-based synthetic voices as a strategic alternative.
This allowed us to:
- simplify the management of multiple language versions
- enable faster updates in case of content changes
- increase scalability without proportionally increasing production effort
The goal was to make the process more flexible and easier to manage over time.
Result
The project was delivered with improved operational efficiency, including:
- streamlined management of multilingual versions
- faster turnaround for updates and revisions
- a more scalable and cost-effective production model
In this scenario, AI did not only optimize production, but reshaped how multilingual audio content can be managed over time.
