Context
Multilingual localization of specialized training content for a leading international intergovernmental organization active in global health
Challenge
International training projects are rarely linear. Content evolves, multiple stakeholders are involved, and revisions continue throughout the process.
In this case:
- content covered highly specialized topics such as immunization, supply chain, and global operational programs
- materials were being localized from English into Latin American Spanish and French
- content updates continued while the localization process was already underway
The complexity was not only linguistic, but systemic. Multiple stakeholders, multiple revision cycles, and a fixed timeline created a risk of losing alignment across the project.
Solution
To manage this environment, we implemented an AI-supported workflow focused on the operational stages of the process.
This allowed us to:
- accelerate the processing of evolving content
- maintain human oversight on critical elements such as terminology, consistency, and local adaptation
- handle ongoing revisions without disrupting the overall workflow
The objective was to increase responsiveness while preserving control over quality.
Result
The project was delivered within the required timeline, with:
- consistent terminology and structure across modules
- effective management of multiple revision cycles
- maintained alignment across all stakeholders and content components
In this context, AI enabled speed that remained controlled and operationally reliable.
Our COO, Letizia Clerici, is leading these processes.
