Context
Localization of a complex e-learning program (interactive modules, video content, and formatted materials) for a leading European business school.
Challenge
The program was designed for an executive audience, where perceived quality is part of the value of the content itself.
At the same time:
- the timeline for go-live was tight
- the content included multiple formats (Storyline modules, video, brochures)
- consistency across all elements was essential
The risk was not only delay, but a loss of coherence and overall user experience.
Solution
To manage both speed and quality, we introduced an AI-supported workflow focused on the operational stages of the project.
This allowed us to:
- accelerate repetitive processing tasks
- maintain human focus on review, terminology, and consistency
- coordinate across formats without fragmenting the process
The objective was not simply to move faster, but to keep control of the final output.
Result
The program was delivered within the required timeframe, with:
- consistent language and tone across all modules
- alignment between interactive, video, and formatted content
- a final output that reflected the client’s executive positioning
In this case, AI acted as an operational lever, supporting efficiency while reinforcing, rather than replacing, expert input.
