In December, Landoor hosted “Ask ChatGPT” at the Swiss Chamber, showcasing our 2023 research findings on language technologies in multilingual communication to our clients and Chamber members. The event was a deep dive into the world of artificial intelligence, fostering an environment where we shared knowledge, learned, and innovated together.
Highlights included our interactive quizzes, which revealed just how much there is to learn about AI. These engaging activities sparked curiosity and opened new perspectives on integrating advanced technologies into our communication strategies.
The event highlighted pressing ethical and regulatory challenges, such as ensuring the accuracy and legality of AI-generated content and addressing confidentiality concerns. We emphasised data security, which involves protecting content and verifying the authenticity and legitimacy of information, as critical to any innovation-driven process. During the “Ask ChatGPT” event, we tackled three technical questions to enhance our use of AI in translations and text revisions:

– **What should be done if ChatGPT’s output is unsatisfactory?** We discussed operational strategies to fine-tune ChatGPT, ensuring the output consistently meets business expectations.
These discussions provided practical tools for the participants, illustrating how to use AI smartly and effectively in both business operations and everyday communications.
